How to Return Your Soccer Gear
Attach a copy of your invoice and fill out the provided return form - Get Refund Form - to begin the process. For the safety of your return, we recommend a tracked shipping method, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchange Policy
PREMIUM SOCCER simplifies exchanges by treating them as new orders. Place an order for the new item and return the original purchase following our return guidelines. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Claim Procedure for Defective Items:
Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim within 30 days of your purchase. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.
- Initiate a Claim: Email us at csr@premiumsoccer.com to report a manufacturing defect.

Provide Evidence: For us to effectively assess the situation, please include the following photos in your claim:
- Footwear: A top view showing both shoes side by side, a bottom view, a close-up of the defect, and a photo of the product's label.
- Other Products: Four side views, a close-up of the defect, and a photo of the product's label.
- Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. Should the identical item be unavailable, you're welcome to select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted against the original purchase cost.
