WHAT IS PREMIUM SOCCER'S RETURN POLICY?
At Premium Soccer, we want you to shop with confidence.
You have:
- 30 days from the order date to return online purchases.
- 14 days from the purchase date to return in-store purchases.
To start a return, simply visit our Return Portal , enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions provided.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Returned in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Not a Final Sale item
A trackable return shipping label is generated through our Return Portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Checkout+ was purchased at checkout.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Premium Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply visit our Return Portal .
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose your return reason.
- Generate your trackable return shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) securely.
- Attach the shipping label to your package.
- Drop off your package with the designated carrier.
You can track the progress of your return through the Return Portal.
WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?
Checkout+ is an optional service that can be added during checkout to simplify the return process.
If you purchased Checkout+, your return shipping label is included at no additional cost when you initiate your return through our Return Portal.
If Checkout+ was not purchased, return shipping charges will apply during the return process.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN REQUIREMENTS?
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused.
- Be unworn.
- Be unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Not be a Final Sale item.
Every return is inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized products
- Customized jerseys
- Gift cards
- Socks
- Sports bras
- Products marked Final Sale

Can I return my customized jersey?
No.
Customized jerseys are personalized products and are considered Final Sale. Once customization has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
WHAT IS PREMIUM SOCCER'S EXCHANGE POLICY?
Premium Soccer does not process traditional exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product:
- Purchase the new item.
- Return the original item through our Return Portal.
- Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This process helps ensure the replacement item remains available while your return is in transit.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns:
- More than 30 days from the order date for online purchases.
- More than 14 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases.
WHY WAS MY RETURN REJECTED?
Premium Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy.
Common reasons include:
- The item has been worn or used.
- The item has been washed.
- Original tags are missing.
- Original packaging is missing.
- The item is marked Final Sale.
- The return was requested after the applicable return period.
- The item does not pass our inspection.
If a return is refused, the item(s) may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact csr@premiumsoccer.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the item you received.
- A photo of the product label.
Our Customer Service team will review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at csr@premiumsoccer.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos clearly showing the defect.
Our Customer Service team will review your claim and provide the next steps.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
A manufacturing defect is an unintended flaw that occurred during the design or production of a product.
Examples include:
- Material defects.
- Stitching or construction defects.
- Manufacturing or assembly errors.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper use.
- Accidental damage.
- Improper care or maintenance.
WHAT IS PREMIUM SOCCER'S WARRANTY POLICY?
Premium Soccer follows each manufacturer's warranty policy.
If your product is damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We submit warranty claims to the manufacturer within 30 days of your purchase. The manufacturer makes the final decision on whether the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.
Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at csr@premiumsoccer.com within 30 days of your purchase and include your proof of purchase.
To help us assess your claim as quickly as possible, please also provide the following photos.

- Close-up of the defect.
- Photo of the product label.
Apparel & Equipment
- Four side views.
- Close-up of the defect.
- Photo of the product label.
If your warranty claim is approved:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We will replace the product whenever possible.
- If the original product is unavailable, we will help you select an alternative product or issue a store credit.
