Online Purchase Returns: PREMIUM SOCCER accepts returns on all online orders within 30 days from the purchase date.*

In-Store Purchase Returns: Bought in-store? You have 14 days to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.*

*Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and tags, and unused, unwarned, and unwashed to qualify for a refund or exchange. We inspect all returns, reserving the right to refuse items that don't meet these standards. 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items can't be returned, such as personalized gear, custom jersey prints, gift cards, and specific wearables like socks and sports bras. Please note, sale items are considered final sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

How to Return Your Soccer Gear

Attach a copy of your invoice and fill out the provided return form - Get Refund Form - to begin the process. For the safety of your return, we recommend a tracked shipping method, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

PREMIUM SOCCER simplifies exchanges by treating them as new orders. Place an order for the new item and return the original purchase following our return guidelines. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

Please be Aware: Products purchased from PREMIUM SOCCER are covered by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers, where applicable. It's important to understand that defects do not include damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Claim Procedure for Defective Items:

Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim within 30 days of your purchase. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.

1. Initiate a Claim: Email us at csr@premiumsoccer.com to report a manufacturing defect.
2. Provide Evidence: For us to effectively assess the situation, please include the following photos in your claim:
   • Footwear: A top view showing both shoes side by side, a bottom view, a close-up of the defect, and  a photo of the product's label.
   • Other Products: Four side views, a close-up of the defect, and a photo of the product's label.
3. Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. Should the identical item be unavailable, you're welcome to select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted against the original purchase cost.
